Terms of use

The service

Reel Screen Recorder is a screen and camera recording app for iPhone, iPad and Mac published by Arte Soft EOOD. By using it you agree to these terms. It provides screen capture, camera overlays, audio controls and local export of video files.

Purchases

Pro is offered through Apple in-app purchase as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew according to your App Store settings unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you record. Do not use the app for unlawful surveillance, for capturing people or content you have no right to capture, or for infringing material. Third-party content in your recordings is your responsibility, including any platform rules where you publish them.

Permissions

Features depend on system permissions — camera, microphone, photo library, screen recording. If a permission is denied, the related feature will be limited. The app will not attempt to work around a permission you have refused.

Advertising

The free version shows advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Pro removes them. Advertisements are provided by third parties and Arte Soft EOOD is not responsible for their content.

Intellectual property

The app, its name, branding and original materials belong to Arte Soft EOOD or its licensors. These terms transfer no ownership to you. Recordings you make are yours.

No warranty

The app is provided as is and as available, without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, Arte Soft EOOD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated; continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms. Access may be suspended where these terms are violated or where the law requires.
